Organisational structure

The Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment is part of the Ministry of Employment, which is supported by a shared Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a shared Human Resources (HR) department.

The agency is led by a board of directors and consists of a directors’ office and eight divisions. All nine entities report to the board of directors.

The divisions are:

• Finance and supervision Division
• Labor Market Division
• STAR East Denmark
• STAR West Denmark
